I find that it's good to have a marketing back ground to really understand the end result you're after. I'm not a guru and never will be, but I work to generate qualified leads and a quantifiable increase in sales. Therefore I work on website conversion and then lead to sale conversion as well.

Just a tip for anyone that actually reads comments.... once you've optimised the campaign, increasing their lead to sale conversion is very easy and will really give you those money in the bank results you're after.

Thanks for the tip though, I'm going to add a second discovery meeting myself.
